Zizzi - Haywards Heath

Despite the negative reviews on this site, my companion and I had a pleasant experience at ZiZi's. It had been years since we last visited, but the warm welcome from the staff, including a helpful server named Charmaine, put us at ease. The food was good value for the price, although there were some discrepancies between the menu and what was actually served. Despite these minor issues, we were happy with our meal and service. Additionally, there was no automatic tip added to the bill, but we left a 10% gratuity based on the full price of our meal. Overall, our visit to ZiZi's was enjoyable and worth the trip.

I was offered a separate vegan menu with many options and I ordered a cocktail and vegan lasagne, both were very delicious! the lasagne was one of the best I had for a long time! the staff was very nice and helpful. the decoration was nice, but I found the noise level a bit high, both music and other sounds, although there were not many people at that time. I would like to come back and try some of their other dishes, but I also heard from some natives that their pizza is good, but not great, I did not experience it myself.

Had a lovely, peaceful lunch with friends at a beautiful, sunny spot. The prices were reasonable for the quality of the food and service.

Everything went well during my visit to Zizzi's in HH this time. The food was delicious, the service was excellent, although it was a bit noisy. However, it was a Saturday night close to Christmas, so it was expected. We definitely plan on returning.
