Wok Wok Express - Hawthorne

Bang for your buck. That's what this place is. Food isn't the absolute best, but I was pleasantly surprised. I'd take this over panda express any day.

I don't usually like express-style Chinese food like Panda Exp, but this place is great. The food is fresh and tasty, especially the roasted sliced chicken. I usually order their tofu dish off the menu, and it comes out of the kitchen fast. Prices are cheap, and rice is included with your meal, not extra. They have a nice seating area and the staff is very nice. I wish they offered brown rice, but if you gotta have it you can get a side of brown rice next door ; .

Great neighborhood Chinese fast food spot—definitely the best in Hawthorne and Lawndale. I really enjoy the black pepper chicken, along with the chow mein and steamed rice. Other excellent options include beef and broccoli, orange chicken, BBQ chicken (Teriyaki chicken), BBQ pork (char siu), and pork fried dumplings.

This restaurant offers the best value for your money when it comes to takeout Chinese food. I've been dining here for years, and I keep coming back for more!

I absolutely love the food and the boba here! I’ve tried other places, but honestly, I wouldn’t even give them a star, as that would just be too generous for their subpar food.
