Pizza Show - Hawthorne

So far one of my number places to eat some good cheesy pizza.

The service was very terrible and unprofessional, even though I was only there for a delivery pickup order. The lady at the order window was very very rude and unprofessional and the staff didn't communicate very well and didn't speak English well. I would never go back to this place ever again. The color of my skin has nothing to do with it. I just didn't like how the staff didn't communicate.

They continue to have the best pizza in South Bay....too bad I can't always afford it.

Ordered delivery through their website and while the food was good I gave them 3 out of 5 stars for the following reason: 1. We were missing 1 entire entree (tour of Italy $22) and gave us a sandwich instead; when I called them about the mistake, they said they can either give us a refund or reorder through the website but we'd have to come pick up because the drivers are contracted by the 3rd party. We requested a refund. 2. We ordered 3 large drinks but they didn't provide any straws (no option to request on their website) 3. We ordered a large pizza but no plates or napkins provided (again, no option). 4. It took over an hour from the time I placed the order to when the food delivered.

Been coming here since I was a little girl. The food was okay. Usually the service is superb but today, it wasn’t great. The Latina waitress working tonight took forever to take our order. She actually sat down another family 20 mins after we showed up, took their order, and they got their food BEFORE us. My son was so hungry. Then she forgot our garlic bread and I had to remind her. It wasn’t even busy. Kinda disappointed. I expected more for the $60 I spent for dinner tonight. I don’t think I’ll be back.
