El Pollo Loco - Hawthorne

Great fast food but way too much packaging waste. I wish they had reusables for repeat customers.

I handed over four El Pollo Loco to come to this. By far the best. They are the best in customer service, cleanliness and have the best trained barbecue master who should show the others how to represent.

Very enjoyable place to eat at . Well kept location, managed by the franchise's owner Always clean and welcoming. The food cooked just right and fresh when you order. Polite and friendly crew.

We're from Boston so we're in a lot of great Mexican food while in CA. This place is called fast food, but they use all locally grown and fresh ingredients such as super freshly cut Avacado. It was excellent!

I visited for the first time and found the food to be good. However, I discovered a rather large bone in my al carbon taco, which could have posed a problem for a small child. Update: The store manager addressed this issue and resolved it promptly. They are also taking steps to communicate with their food suppliers about the matter.
