Dunkin' - Hawthorne

We ordered curbside and no one brought our order or came to the car after 20m. I went in and was told they don 't offer curbside pick up but the app clearly stated they do AND there is a huge curbside pickup sign in the driveway. I was given 2 donuts forthe inconvenience.

The morning staff is phenomenal!! My drinks are always right and at the point, my food is hot and delicious, and finally, they never disappointed! The night team, on the other hand, needs training and work.

My visit was to the location at 33rd and Rt. 20, not Hawthorne. The staff was polite and friendly from the moment they opened for the day. I happened to stop by after seeing a man by the drive-thru, although he didn’t say anything. As I drove past, I noticed him sitting on the curb. I parked, approached him, and asked if he was hungry. He said yes, so we went inside together. The restaurant is always clean and has a cheerful atmosphere. The man ordered his meal, and it was prepared so quickly that I barely finished paying. He expressed his gratitude, and as I left, I saw his food, which looked delicious. Their regular coffee is also amazing. The person behind this establishment clearly takes great care in keeping both the interior and exterior spotless.

Overall, this Dunkin’ Donuts is a must-visit if you're in a hurry! The staff is extremely friendly and efficient, ensuring that your order is prepared quickly. During my visit, the restaurant was very clean, and the employees were more than willing to assist with anything you might need!
