At The Riversedge - Hawick

During a recent bike trip, I had an absolutely extraordinary dining experience at this restaurant. The food was truly delicious. We enjoyed the open fish sandwich, which came with herring, smoked salmon, salmon cake, tuna, and Marie Rose sauce. For dessert, we savored the delightful scorpion cake along with some excellent coffee. The staff was very friendly, and everything on the menu, as well as all the cakes, looked tempting. I will definitely be back!

We really enjoyed the cheese-friendly dishes and the jam. The atmosphere was great, and even though it was quite busy, the service was prompt. Unfortunately, the coffee didn't meet our expectations; it needed some sugar to improve the taste and had far too much foam, leaving us feeling like we only had half a cup. It's a shame because we really like the place!

It's a nice café with excellent equipment and service. I had a mocha and Ellen's famous courgette and lime cake, which was delicious!

Fantastic cake! great atmosphere. there is a small shop connected to the shop. it is like a small building with many kerzen and kerzen.

Lovely little spot that I stopped on the way to Duns. Cafe is excellent and some very nice cakes! Sadly the view isn't what it used to be I suspect due to the flood defences being put in place. Worth popping into!
