Second weekend in a row we tried to take grandkids for an ice cream date. The outside sign says open 10:30-9:30 but it's closed in the afternoon. Workers were too busy taking selfies and flirting to wait on me and my daughter. The owners want, another chance but why should paying customers give it to them?
