Oriental Chef - Havering

I placed an order at this restaurant and waited for 40 minutes, only for them to cancel my order. They still charged my credit card and have not refunded me. This behavior is dishonest and unacceptable. I have reached out to my credit card company for assistance. Stay away from this restaurant, they are scamming people!

I placed an online order and was told that the delivery would take 40 minutes. After waiting for an hour, I called the restaurant and no one answered. When they finally did, they informed me that online orders take an extra half hour. I ended up waiting for 2 hours for the delivery, which arrived in the back of a car and was stone cold and disgusting. I drove to the restaurant to return the food, but they were closed. Eventually, the driver returned and refunded me £10 after a lot of arguing. The restaurant used to be good, but now their delivery service is terrible and the food is even worse. My advice is to avoid this place.

This restaurant is not worth ordering from. Just go online and read all the reviews that mention how terrible their delivery service is. The food arrives lukewarm and tasteless.

Very tasty curry, and huh chowmien got a lot of huh in it thanks to u oriental cook! they are far better than the happy family around the corner that they invite the cook that cooks the chowmien, can not cook, more and more nudel than huh, they should call it chowmienchicken instead of huhnchowmien!

I have just ordered my first Chinese from this place, the guy I was talking to, the name of Derek seemed very delightful to talk, I hope that eating is as delightful as he was on the phone that we will see and I should publish them. the customer service was great and helpful for my request with geduld.
