フィードバックを提供するI usually don’t leave reviews but this was a must. The Peddlers Daughter is a true GEM. The food was excellent! Kudos to the chef ? The bar staff was outstanding and the drinks were delicious..Overall great experience! We will definitely be back.
Irish food done right. The Irish Cuban is my go-to order, but you can't go wrong. Only thing missing is a hot pretzel.
Best original Irish pub I've ever been too. True Irish food atmosphere best boiled dinner on the planet only on st paddy's day can you get it.
Stopped for lunch. I should have got the reuben. I got the regular corned beef sandwich. Bread was too thick. Corned beef a little tough but tasty.
The American Airlines dining app brought us here and we were glad it did.The cozy entrance is slightly hidden down a few stairs (or ramp . We arrived in the evening and nearly drove away thinking that perhaps they were closed, but we had missed the arrow on the sign pointing down, initially. We parked across the street in the Pay by Plate parking lot. No charge after 8pm when we were here.Upon opening the door, we were greeted with an invitation to choose our own seats. We picked a small table in a little alcove. From my limited experience of pubs in Ireland, The Peddler 's Daughter fits right in. The walls are adorned with an eclectic mix of picture frames containing a variety of snapshots and memorabilia from Ireland, new and old. There is a coziness about the place that helped me have a relaxing time.Paper menus in plastic sleeves were brought. In my experience, places with menus like this tend to have better food. This place did not cause me to change my mind on that.We split a tasty scotch egg as an appetizer. I 've read others complain about that egg as being overcooked but in order to be served as an appetizer for more than one person, it was just right.I made a mistake and did not arrive with a large appetite so I chose a mug of potato and leek soup, it was delightfully creamy and full of flavour. My dining partner had the beef and ale pie which arrived beautifully cooked. He said every bite tasted great and that the serving size was more than enough to satisfy. As a dessert we both indulged in an Irish coffee (aren 't we original thinkers? Original or not, it was the perfect dessert. Our charming server (Martina told us that they had been made by the owner, so after our meal we stepped over to thank her and let her know how much we appreciated everything about our visit. She, Mags, was the perfect business owner. She greeted us warmly and welcomed us to visit again, filling us in on upcoming events in the area that would easily lead us back to the pub. Sadly for us, we live in other parts of the country because distance is the only thing keeping us away.Edit: We returned the next night. Ate different food selections and were still pleased.Martina stopped by our table to say a quick hi and welcome us back, they were extremely busy so we appreciated that she took the time.
