The food was fabulous, the service was adequate (plates were given to one of our party to pass down the table), the restaurant was too loud, seating too cramped. It's probably a far more enjoyable place when it's temperate enough weather to enjoy the porch or beer garden, which would improve the atmosphere rating. Service: Dine in Meal type: Dinner

This was our first experience at Forest Street Pub (and probably the last). I can’t review the food or atmosphere because my husband and I left after being told repeatedly by bartender and server that it was only a 5 minute wait that turned into a 20-30 minute wait. Three people came in after us. They were told it was only a 5 minute wait too, however they got seated at a table right away (the same table the bartender pointed out we would be sitting). Our waitress took us to a high top without asking which we refused. Just a table please! The lack of communication between servers and bar staff was obvious. At the end, I spoke to one of the servers before we left to tell her why we were leaving. She said she was clearing a table for us and it would only be a 5 minute wait, but we had heard that line beforeand we left. Our night was ruined.

Everything was DELICIOUS! We were celebrating our second wedding anniversary and it was perfect. We did apps, entrees and dessert and everything was outstanding. Our waitress (Kendra I believe? was very attentive despite being busy. We will absolutely be returning. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
