Dunkin' Donuts - Haverhill

The Dunkin's in Haverhill has been remodeled, and it looks fantastic! There's more space, it's cleaner, and overall, it feels more inviting. You’ll actually want to sit and linger for a while. I highly recommend checking it out!

This is my go-to spot for coffee and occasionally donuts. It’s super convenient, and the staff is fantastic.

I've always enjoyed going to this place, but I can never seem to get the coffee right—unless a specific girl makes it for me.

I went through the drive-thru for coffee and they added too much skim milk, leaving out the espresso. When I asked if they had added espresso, they confirmed they did. I also requested extra caramel, but they gave me less than I expected. I waited in line for 7 minutes. They definitely need to improve.

Today was no better; they forgot my food order after directing me to the second window. I waited for quite a while and had to remind them of my order. When I finally received my food, they handed me the oldest, stale bagel, which they tried to disguise by over-toasting it. I usually don’t complain, but this has been the worst Dunkin' experience I've ever had.
