The Kitchen Table - Havelock

The best quality product brought to you with a wide selection for breakfast, sandwiches, coffee and desserts. You would be hard pressed to find anything better anywhere! The place is real cozy and spotless clean with excellent service. After you find yourself in a food coma from the ridiculously good meal you just had, expect to spend the rest of your day taking photos of their amazing desserts or simply drooling over a steamy latte.

Hidden away from the usual spots, this restaurant is a fantastic discovery! It has a beautifully decorated interior that offers a cozy, homey kitchen vibe. The place is immaculate! The prices for breakfast and lunch are very reasonable. My breakfast was presented nicely, and the portion sizes were generous. I rated it 4 stars because I found the hash browns had an odd mix of cheese and peppers, and they weren't crispy.

I tried to take my cousin to Our Town Café for breakfast. It was supposed to be open from 9 to 5, and the lights were on, but the sign said "closed." I thought maybe they had just forgotten to turn the sign around, so I opened the door. It was really cool inside, but the woman at the counter told me they were closed. I replied, “Oh, I thought you were open from 9 to 5.” She explained, “Well, our sign up there says closed. We just had a renovation yesterday, so we’re closed.” At this point, the food might be fantastic, but based on this experience and the rude tone I received, I’ll never know.

I had a fantastic experience at this restaurant! The food was delicious, the service was impeccable, and the atmosphere made it feel like I was just having lunch with my best friend. My family of four left feeling satisfied and happy. We're so grateful we discovered this place during our drive; it has made the next five hours on the road so much more enjoyable. I really wish we lived closer so we could visit more often!
