Subway - Havelock

My husband stopped by earlier today to order two subs, and I have to say, the staff member making them clearly didn’t care about her job. She dropped a pan but went ahead and used it anyway—thankfully, a manager intervened. It makes you wonder how often utensils get reused after being contaminated or dropped when no one is watching. Both of our subs were thrown together carelessly, and my husband’s sub was drenched in so much sauce that it fell apart as soon as he unwrapped it. I wasn’t planning to write this review until both my husband and I started feeling sick afterwards. So, if you’re looking for an extra soggy sub with a side of food poisoning, this is the place to go!

I visit this restaurant several times a week for lunch and always order the same dish. However, I've noticed that I've been charged different prices for the exact same order. When I brought this to the attention of one of the employees, she responded with a bad attitude. So, I recommend keeping all your receipts just in case.

I called ahead to check if they accepted coupons, and the staff confirmed that they did. When I arrived, a young girl with black hair and dramatic eye makeup rushed me as I approached the register. I showed her my coupons before she started making my order. While she agreed to accept one of them, when we got to the register, it wouldn’t scan. She then accused me of lying about calling ahead. I was able to prove her wrong, but when I left and returned, she told me to leave, which made me very upset. She was disorganized with my sub, and I felt bad for the other employee. Frustrated, I decided to go to a different Subway location where the manager was kind and took care of me. They made my sandwiches beautifully. As someone who is disabled and going through a tough time, I have never felt so embarrassed in my life. The situation had me in tears.

Daniella was so super helpful when my father in law had a diabetic issue. She put his needs ahead and was super compassionate.

Worst subway I?ve been too! Me and my husband went in and the the older lady that was making out food was so unnecessarily rude. First she gave me attitude because I guess I wasn?t speaking loud enough and then when I asked if she had a certain bread shelaughed at me and told me the bread they had as if I was stupid. Then when she asked me what else I wanted on my sandwich I saidnothing else and she look at me so rudely and said ?really?? Like yes girl if I wanted any else I would say . Just how so spoketo me was unnecessary when I didn?t do or say anything she also was very sloppy with making our food my husband asked for lightsauce and she poured to much and laughed and was like oops and she also almost dropped my food many times and was throwing itaround like I?d rather you not . I never write reviews but dang girl
