Baskin-robbins - Havelock

Its 31 flavors can 't go wrong!!! Seriously staff is great and so patient with 3 year olds who just can 't make up their minds or want a scoop of each. My grandson was going to have a meltdown because he wanted one of each. I 'm trying to explain...ruin your dinner he didn 't care) no bowls big enough still didn 't care) after my third attempt this lady says, psst come here please. He goes over) she 's holding a fresh container of a chocolate caramel with lots of stuff in it. This kind we keep in the back for when super heros come. I noticed you checking for the Bat signal. I 'm so honored that one of Batman 's helpers came to my store. He always gets 3 scoops of this in a waffle come. Would you like the same thing? Eyes as big as dinner plates chest poked out Yes thank you bery much meltdown averted...definitely beyond the call of duty!!!

The staff member at the window was very friendly, but the woman who took our order through the speaker was not as pleasant. Overall, the service was satisfactory, and the food was delicious.

I believe this particular Dunkin' Donuts/Baskin-Robbins location has the best customer service. Even if they served the worst coffee in the world, I'd still go there just for the outstanding service. Fortunately, their coffee is just as good as their customer care. There are six Dunkin' Donuts in my area, but this one in Morehead, NC, stands out as the best. However, I do want to mention that the manager here can be a bit arrogant at times.

I absolutely love this restaurant! I drive past three other Dunkin' Donuts just to go to this one in Havelock, NC. The staff—Mrs. Em, Mel, Janae, Shania, and Mr. Tyree—are incredibly fast and friendly. I really appreciate the excellent service and delicious food I get there!

The staff was polite, some things didn't.
