Chipotle Mexican Grill - Hauppauge

This restaurant is very clean, and the customer service is excellent—staff are friendly and patient. Some people may give this Chipotle negative reviews, but they don't seem to realize that it's one of the busiest locations.

They consistently shortchange me on the meat in my online orders, even when I pay for double.

If I could give this place zero stars, I definitely would. Each time I've tried to place an order in person, they inform me that they only accept online orders. It's incredibly frustrating...

Jasenia was incredibly nice and exceptionally patient! In my 30 years of dining out, I've never experienced service like this. She approached me with a warm smile and a genuine eagerness to help! I will definitely return! This is the best place to eat! The food here surpasses all 54 Chipotles I’ve tried!

Authentic food is truly satisfying. I really enjoyed the new cauliflower addition to my steak burrito, complemented perfectly by the Tomatillo Mais Salsa and black beans. I’m also a big fan of the new lemonades—especially the Hibiscus lemonade, and I can’t wait to try the others. The staff provided excellent service. I recommend downloading the Chipotle app to save time, allowing you to fully enjoy your meal and have some time for yourself.
