Twisted Skillet - Hattiesburg

Hi my Husband and I heard about this restaurant and finally made the time to come. We couldn't find it... when I called to ask what they are located next to, the voicemail says they have closed permanently after 5 years of business. Super disappointed. But this is just a heads up for those who try to come here.

This place is amazing! I went here with the family yesterday afternoon and there it ended up being 30+ people, more than double our reservation. Not once did I hear a complaint from the staff, they were attentive and always on point. The owner, whom I don't know personally made an appearance to make sure we were doing ok. The food was top notch and I would recommend that Cajun Pasta dish to anyone. And to the kitchen staff that day, you all did amazing! They pushed out 35 meals in less than an hour with no mistakes and nothing missing. When I visit here again I will 100% be back. Keep up the phenomenal work!

This place is fantastic. First of all, the food is great. Second, all the staff is fantastic. I had called ahead for a group of 15 people. Planned it for the dead period around 3-4pm. Ended up having a party of 31. The staff took it in stride and got everyone taken care of without complaint. Would definitely return.

All the appetizers are delicious. Keep meaning to try a different entree but always get lasagna, best I ever had. Very quiet and relaxing.

Meh. Nothing to write home about. Wasn't bad; twisted shrimp were sticky sweet and their veggie risotto was just vegetables and white rice...
