Joe Joes Chicken And Ribs - Hastings

After reading several reviews, it is clear that this restaurant should be shut down. My experience was terrible - we waited almost two hours for our delivery, and when we called to inquire about its whereabouts, we were met with a busy line for 20 minutes. When we finally spoke with someone, they claimed our address was incorrect (which it was not) and offered to either cancel our order or place a new one. The lack of customer service was appalling and it seems they simply did not care about making or delivering our food that evening.

The ribs were dry and inedible. I called the restaurant to complain but they were not interested in fixing the issue. It seems like the food is hit or miss here, and unfortunately this time it was a miss.

This restaurant has no taste or flavor, just a lot of grease. It was my first and last time dining here. I would recommend going to Bobby's Chicken instead.

Place looked dirty the staff were rude didnt acknowledge i was even there i tried to order a meal but the person who i think is now the manager couldnt understand me he then came over to me and asked abruptly what to you want i was surprised by his attitude he then turned around and spoke to his colleagues in indian but what he didnt realise is that i am half indian and can understand what they were saying and it wasnt nice the other manager about a year ago was so nice i wont be going there again

Absolutely awful take away restaurant….man spoke really badly to me after my delivery did not turn up. They did not want to help me in the restaurant and were ignorant to my questions. Said my order was damaged after an 1hr 3/4 wait.
