Came for my daughter 5th birthday party. the staff was super friendly and very helpful! it was such a fun experience!

Dreadful customer service from this lady. I said we had to hurry our games for a reservation. Why was our track reserved when we use it, or why were we placed in a reserved track? I noticed passive aggressiveness and angry in my family, although we were polite. ignored me and offered no service. possibly racistly motivated.

I hadn't been bowling in a while. While I enjoyed the experience, it seemed like the staff was short-handed as it took a while to get refreshments. This ended up cutting into our bowling time, especially since we were paying by the hour.

It was a great adventure, took me back to when I was a kid and was bowling on Saturdays. And the service was excellent.

Great place to have fun and enjoy good people.. The crew is outstanding!
