Joe's China Express - Hastings

Well not sure about the food, as I was unable to even order. For being a take out and delivery place, Joe's has terrible service. There is no online menu! There is no one, I guess, that speaks and understands English. I tried to call and order and the lady that answered couldn't understand me at all! Even stated she didn't know much English.... But never tried to get anyone else on the phone! Will not be going there, ever!

This is the best Chinese food you'll find in all of southern Nebraska. The staff is friendly, although they can be a bit hard to understand. They've never messed up my order. The portions are generous and the prices are excellent. The service is fast and the food is delicious!
