Biggby Coffee - Haslett

This Biggby location is fantastic, but the café could use a bit more warmth and character. It feels a bit too sterile. On the bright side, the service is excellent!

The staff was friendly, quick, and attentive. The only reason I didn't give them an extra star is that my frozen drink wasn't quite as thick as it usually is. We didn't wait long for it, so there wasn't much time for it to melt, which made me think they might not have added enough ice. It could also have used a bit more whipped cream. Overall, it was still very enjoyable, and my puppy loved her pup cup so much that she even tried to eat the cup!

The drive-thru wait times can sometimes be lengthy, but I appreciate the staff and have never encountered any issues with my order. I definitely prefer the Haslett location over the one in Okemos.
