フィードバックを提供するThis is not a bad course if you are a little cost conscious. The greens are in pretty good shape and actually fairly difficult because of some elevation changes. The fairways are in really poor shape but if I had to choose between nice greens or nicefairways, I would choose nice greens. Overall, I 'm happy with the course because if the twilight discounts you can get. I thinkit was 20 dollars for a round of 18 and a cart. You 'll pay almost that at some driving range for a large bucket of balls. Ithink this course deserves more than a 3 star rating but not quite a four. If they were able to water more on the fairways, itwould be a whole lot better. But, the staff was pretty good and it seemed like they had a bunch of people in the clubhousehaving a good time and hanging out. It had a very Cheers type of atmosphere which made it a little more appealing. Ifyou 're looking for immaculate conditions then you 're gonna have to pay more for a better maintained course, but if you justenjoy hitting some balls in a good environment, for a fair price then this is it.
**Pros:** - The layout has an intriguing old-school charm. - It allows for the use of various clubs off the tee for strategic play. - The staff is friendly and welcoming. - The pro shop has great people. - The prices are relatively affordable. - The summer/winter green concept provides a nice variety throughout the seasons. **Cons:** - The greens, while visually appealing, present a peculiar mix of being hard yet slow. I had several well-struck short irons and wedges that landed near the front pin but then bounced back to the back of the green. Once on the green, they rolled very slowly, reminiscent of LB Houston before it transformed into Luna Vista. At this stage, akin to LB Houston, the best solution would be to tear them up, reshape the contours, resurface them, and reseed. - It’s quite flat. There’s not much to be done about that, so don’t expect any elevation changes. - The tee box positioning is somewhat off; many are aligned directly with tree lines instead of the center of the fairways. - The cart paths are quite bumpy and made of gravel. Overall, it's an enjoyable course that just needs a few adjustments and some tender loving care.
I enjoyed my round at the course. I played after several rainy days, which added an extra challenge that I found enjoyable. The staff was friendly, though the grill could use some improvement. I rated the course 4 stars overall, as it offered good value for the price. However, a few fairways were mostly dirt, likely due to their irrigation system failing during a heatwave. Additionally, some fairways were bumpier than expected due to ongoing construction. On the positive side, the greens and a few well-maintained fairways were in decent condition. I believe they could benefit from a couple more pieces of equipment to help create better mowing lines along the fairways. Overall, I had a great time and plan to return. I'm also looking forward to seeing the fairways back in excellent shape. I strongly recommend it!
The greens could use some improvement, but overall, the rest of the course is fantastic!
Had a blast enjoy the course not bad for the price
