Starbucks - Harwich Port

This Starbucks in Cape Town is the worst. They consistently get my order wrong and today, after waiting in line for a few minutes, I was told they had already closed for the day at 11 am. Don't bother wasting your time here.

The Starbucks is situated within the grocery store. The staff is incredibly friendly.

This Starbucks location is always closed. I have visited 3-4 times before work and no one is ever here, even though the posted hours indicate otherwise.

It took 15 minutes to order and receive a plain coffee and tea. There was a huge line behind me. When I carried the drinks away, the top flipped off and the drinks spilled because the cover was not secure on the cup. The drinks were okay, but it was too frustrating to enjoy them.
