Kfc - Harvey

Today was the best experience I had with fast food in a long time. Although it was the day after Thanks giving,everyone was full of energy and ready to take my order.The food was good,but I can't get over how happy the crew was. I will be back again.

If you beg I will tell ya the business I saw this hanging at. I'm never going back. There is only 2 of these around anyway and I think and feel they are on there last leg. After reading this ALL CAPS MEMO I'm even more certain it's game over. Food quality is not sufficient for the cost. Ambiance is not sufficient for the cost. Sorry I can't be more positive. But wait, 15 years ago they were on top of the world. The corn Earl wouldn't be happy.

I came to this location yesterday with my Mom and nephew. We all placed separate orders... My Mom placed her first, I placed mine second, and my nephew was last. Their orders came out within 5 minutes, and I had to wait about 10 minutes for mine. We left, and when we got home, that's when I noticed that my food wasn't placed in the bag. I called and explained to the manager the next day what happened (because no one answered the phone once I realized what happened). She was very nice and told me to come back with my receipt and she would give me my order. Even though I had to drive from the other side of the river, I was really happy with her response. I will definitely go back again. Great customer service!

The place can use a lil tlc but the workers and food are awesome.
