While I was waiting, there was a woman in front of me placing her order. I heard her mention needing a cake for 30 people, which made me pay closer attention to the size. She was quoted a price of $53. When it was my turn to order, I requested the same size cake, with the same flavor but a different filling—nothing extravagant. However, I was quoted $67. When I inquired why my price was different, I was told that the other woman wasn't informed of a $53 price. Instead, the confirmed price was $67. The other woman happened to be Caucasian. I would have preferred if the salesperson had explained that the previous customer had a coupon or some kind of discount rather than imply that I had misheard. They have lost my business for good, and I will make sure to advise others not to spend their money there either.

I've always ordered my special occasion cakes from Creative Cakes and have been satisfied with every cake. Their cakes are always fresh and decorated nicely. I've been ordering cakes from them since 1986.

Creative Cakes offers some of the best cakes in the city, but unfortunately, the staff's attitude leaves much to be desired. The employees demonstrate poor customer service and often struggle to communicate politely with customers. It feels as though a group of older women, who seem quite unhappy, are running the show.

In my opinion, there's no comparison; these are the best cakes you'll find anywhere. They're incredibly moist, fresh, and bursting with flavor!
