I had the pleasure of enjoying a Blue Cheese crusted Ribeye cooked to medium-rare, and it may very well be the best steak I've had in the last 10 to 15 years. The Bourbon and Rye flight showcasing spirits from Wyoming and Colorado was excellent as well. The soup of the day was a delightful spicy tomato and corn blend. The cocktail menu is impressive, and they have an extensive whiskey selection as well. For dessert, we decided on the strawberry lemonade cake, though it was tough to make a choice! Since we live in the UK and may never return, I wholeheartedly encourage any travelers in the area to stop by this gem. Great job to the entire team!
