フィードバックを提供するI was disappointed in the service at this restaurant, although the food quality was still up to par with what you would expect from a well-known chain. When I called to place an order on Tuesday, the person on the phone tried to upsell me on separate options that were not included in the meal deal, such as charging me extra for a Pepsi. They also made it difficult for me to pay by credit card, claiming they didn't understand me and eventually declining my card without a valid reason. They insisted I pay cash to the driver, which made me suspect they were trying to avoid reporting cash transactions. When I called my credit card company, they confirmed that there was no issue with my card and that the restaurant had falsely claimed there was an error with the security code. These dishonest actions ended up costing me an extra pound, as I had to withdraw cash from an ATM and the driver rounded up my bill to £12 instead of honoring the agreed upon price of £11.99. While I enjoy the food, I will not be ordering from this branch again due to their unprofessional behavior.
Don't offer free garlic bread to sign up for reward program and then don't deliver it!!!! Also a reply to my email last week would have been appreciated.
The service is excellent, the staff is friendly, and the food is consistently great and served promptly.
I ordered two large pizzas with different toppings on each half, but only one half was made correctly. The only explanation given was that the restaurant was busy.
We used the cinema n food facilities and managed to get a parking ticket I think it’s absolutely disgusting that you pay all the money to use facilities and still get penalised!!
