Masalla Lounge - Hartlepool

As the restaurants was not busy service was very slow and not attentive, seem to concentrate more on takeaway orders. Food was good, however, far too many green beans in my wife’s dish, half of the contents was green beans. Sorry— but feel you need...to up the game to succeed in Hartlepool.

We have a weekend at Crimdon Dene with family and ordered a meal for four from this Indian based on their reviews. We all agreed that the food was the best we have ever had. It was fresh, tasty and not swimming in oil. It...was delivered in a great time, still piping hot. Absolutely amazing value for money, people should definitely try this venue .

We are regulars here and the food is always fresh and tasty. Portion sizes are good. The staff are very attentive and helpful. We come here as a couple and occassionally for a family get together. You wont be disappointed. From Ruth and Dean.

We went last night for my birthday. All of us had different starters, main courses, rice and naan bread. Each of us said it was the bet Indian food we had ever eaten. The waiter was polite, attentive and cheerful. Well done to all....We will be back.

The food and the service was good. Service was slow but in today's era its expected. Starters and mins all to die for. Unfortunately some a hole decided to ruin everyone else's night by not wanting to pay because he was drunk and his popadom...was late, but hey u get them every where.
