Super disappointed with the service this evening. We were so excited to take my parents to Parkville Market for the first time to introduce them to some of the best bbq in New England. While we were ordering the man taking our order said we were holding him up because we were taking too long to order. I get it if you’re busy, but this really took us by surprise because customer service has always been super amazing in the past. We should have just walked away after his comment to us but we still placed an order. Please treat your customers better in the future.

Update: I recently visited these guys in their XL Center location and I can honestly say, the food at the concession was just as good as anything I've had at the restaurant. These guys care about quality and good bbq!Just, wow! I'm from Texas originally, born and raised. Moved up here with my family 10 years ago, and I never had any hope of finding decent bbq... until now.This place has THE BEST brisket I've had outside of Texas, and honestly... they'd give alot of good bbq spots down there a run for their money.New England Style bbq indeed!
