Republic At The Linden - Hartford

Surprise birthday party for my buddy Mike. The big 50! Little private party. This place was beautiful, the design of place was on point. Dining upstairs and the covered outside patio area. Downstairs full bar and more seating for dining. Staff was top notch, food was banging!!! Great decor, perfect place for date night or after work drinks. I approve.

Great menu, love the solid vegetarian options (could use a vegan-able entree though) and the variety of fairly priced small plate options. Love the local beer and cocktails as well. Super glad to have checked Facebook to notice that they were open uniquely for Sunday dinner to account for the Hamilton showing at the Bushnell, really a perfect spot and vibe for a pre-show meal, cozy outdoor seating and the inside was a great atmosphere too. Would be happy to return for lunch or dinner another day!

Had a takeout order and it was excellent. Everything was perfectly prepared and packaged super well so that it wasn?t ruined in transit. Had dates in bacon, arugula salad, beets, and deviled eggs. Eager to go in person and try more!

Awesome ambiance. Great variety of food and drinks. This place is usually booked during the weekend so reserved the table in advance.

Loved the food! Been here a few times, both for lunch, dinner and my spouses work holiday party and am impressed by not only the food but also the service and atmosphere. Highly recommend it to anyone looking for a place to dine in Hartford, or try their other location in Bloomfield, also outstanding!
