Zorro Pizza - Harrogate

We used to enjoy ordering takeout from Zorros Pizza in Ripon, but our last two orders have been disappointing. On our second to last order, we requested 2 'Zorro burgers' with chicken, but received plain chicken burgers instead. When we pointed out the mistake, the chef added bacon and onion rings to the box and blamed us for not ordering properly. The next issue occurred on our most recent order when we ordered 2 'Zorro burgers' with chicken and a 'pork lovers' pizza. Despite checking at the counter, we later discovered they had given us a 'Zorro pork' instead of the 'pork lovers' pizza. When we called to explain the mistake, they insisted it was our fault and did not show any concern for potentially making us ill. After returning the incorrect items, we finally received the correct pizza and fresh burgers over an hour later than planned. The staff were rude upon our arrival at the shop. These mistakes were due to miscommunication on their end, yet they tried to blame us. We will not be returning to Zorros Pizza due to the poor customer service and lack of attention to detail. It seems we are not the only ones who have experienced issues with rude management.

I absolutely love the monster burger at this restaurant, and the service is consistently excellent. The food is always served hot.

This is the worst pizza I've ever tried. The base is like a weird sponge, similar to what you'd find in a trifle. It's tasteless and seems like it was made by someone with no talent or appreciation for food, just trying to make a quick buck.

This shop does not take card payments...cash only to avoid paying tax ..typical case of money laundering by foreigners...AVOID

Ordered at 4pm for delivery. Was told delivery starts at 5pm so meal will be there 5.30pm. Meal was on time but pizza was cold and kebab was well, didn't even try to eat it! Totally disgusting. Messaged them to sort it out, not bothered at all! Robbing people of there hard earned money !
