Zizzi - Harrogate

Poor service despite booking and being virtually empty. Took ages to get food, and food average. Wouldn't recommend or go again.

Decided to treat myself to a meal after work last Saturday at Zizzi's. The service was excellent. My waiter Eugene was friendly, welcoming,efficient, and fun. My food was gorgeous. My pizza dough was thin and crispy, with delicious toppings. My dessert was lovely too. There was a wonderful buzz in the restaurant. I thoroughly enjoyed my dining experience and will definitely return.

Lovely meal and good friendly service. We popped in for the lunchtime bite and it was well presented and no issues. The problem was that they did not take off the discount vouchers. We unfortunately didn’t realise until til we left and got home. But all in all no issues.

Great food, amazing, quick service, nice atmosphere, comfy and cozy place, great place to go with friends and family.

Booked to eat dinner here on a Saturday evening so I could use a voucher that was nearing its expiration. When booking, I was encouraged to sign up for their zillionaires club I did this received an electronic voucher for a free garlic bread starter... They are now card only all bills are presented on a mini electronic screen, so no needless use of paper there. The place was really busy with a lot of large noisy groups, but we were soon seated in a quiet booth away from the noise this was a blessing. Our waitress was really genuine friendly, I thought we'd be waiting ages for our food as they were so busy but we were pleasantly surprised by their speed efficiency. The food was just amazing apart from having to correct an item on the bill everything ran smoothly. I'm definitely eating here again.
