I have visited this pub many times when my daughter lived in town. It always offers a good pint and a friendly welcome. I would rate the service and location both a 4 out of 5.

I went to this restaurant for a drink. I use a wheelchair and the owner and his assistant were extremely helpful. I cannot praise them enough, they deserve a ten out of ten. The pub is a charming, old-fashioned building and the beer was excellent. John and his team are truly wonderful people. Service: 5 Location: 5 Atmosphere: Quiet.
