Qdoba Mexican Eats - Harrisonburg

The Impossible plant-based meat at this restaurant is fantastic. I've never had a disappointing meal here. I've been dining here for years.

I visited QDOBA Mexican Grill for lunch with two friends after learning it won the Best Fast Casual Award for 2022. We wanted to see if the hype was justified. While the prices seemed a bit high based on the menu, we found that every bite was worth it. The menu has clearly improved, and the food is significantly better than before. I can understand why they won the award! The beef and chicken burritos are enormous, and we could see them being prepared fresh for the customer in front of us. We ordered three grilled chicken taco salads and one steak quesadilla. The restaurant was clean, the food was delicious, and the staff was friendly.

I called the restaurant for help, but the staff seemed indifferent and I was passed around between two different associates before I finally reached someone who could assist me. They offered to refund me for the missed items, but I still wanted my food. They eventually agreed to make the missing items, but refused to deliver them, which meant I had to go pick them up myself. It defeats the purpose of ordering delivery! In the end, I got the food but I'm still waiting for the refund. Honestly, save your money and just go to Chipotle instead. The food is better, the portions are larger, and the service is superior—even if you have to drive there. I'm still hoping for a callback from upper management about this issue. Overall, I’m very dissatisfied.

Paid $6 for this ?kids meal?. They were out of regular milk and spoons.

Food tasted fine until I found a huge hair in my bowl. Absolutely unacceptable will not be eating here again.
