フィードバックを提供するThe day before, my boss called ahead to pre-order lunch for our group. However, we ended up waiting an additional 35+ minutes for our meal because he encountered some issues with the order. Initially, there was a problem with being charged $95 for three extra boxes of sandwiches, but after speaking with a manager, it was resolved. In the end, we received three general sandwich boxes, cookies, and veggies. Unfortunately, there was a shortage of vegetables in the order and we were also missing banana peppers and a few other toppings.
The restaurant was extremely dirty, which made me hesitant to try the food. Disappointing.
Went in to get a Sandwich after scaling out my truck, sign on the door says all customers required to wear mask due to Covid-19. No problem with that except I was the only person wearing a mask. Almost a dozen people in the store at least 7 in line forSubway and no one wearing mask including 2 employees making Sandwiches and on employee running the shell station. I walked outthe last person I wanted fixing my food is someone who isn't concerned about spreading the Covid-19 virus fixing my food. Statehealth department should close them down. Nov 22nd 12:30 pm.
I was hungry and ready to eat, but the man informed me that there were four orders ahead of mine. I understand the situation, but they could definitely use some extra help. I also tried placing an order online, only to be told later that they never received it. With a few improvements, this place could be a great spot to grab a sandwich.
