Custard is very good. The only issue was when there was a question about a topping I chose, no one clarified with me. I ended up paying 90cents for a single cherry on my sundae, instead of getting the cherry pie topping I thought I was ordering.
At first I went for the frozen custard but the freshly made hamburger keeps me going back. I love Freddy Simon's story, a World War II veteran: HOW IT ALL BEGAN Co-founded in 2002 by brothers Bill and Randy Simon, and their friend and business partner, Scott Redler, the three men named the restaurant after Bill and Randy’s father, Freddy Simon, a World War II veteran. Today, Freddy’s restaurants from coast-to-coast serve a menu reminiscent of the all-American meals Freddy prepared for his family
Young lady at register is amazing she listened and too order the way I asked ...and I'm one pick person!! Food wash made to oder. The was missing some ingredients but dis a sub per my request and I was happy
I gave a 4-star rating not because of the missing items, but due to the cleanliness issues in the dining area. Even though we were one of only three groups in the restaurant, none of the empty tables were clean, so I had to wipe one down myself for my family. Additionally, one of the napkin dispensers was empty, and the area for cup lids was disorganized. I assumed this mess was due to a late crowd that had come in before us. I did inform an employee about the lack of napkins, and she quickly restocked them. Overall, we enjoyed our meal and plan to return once their supplies are replenished.
