I tried to order something to pick up over the phone and was met with incredible rudeness. The only answer was: “It’s not possible, we’re full. I have no idea how long it will take. Ciao.” And then they just hung up! No attempt to offer an alternative or estimate a wait time just disinterest and unprofessionalism. Treating customers like this is really unacceptable. It's a shame, but I definitely won't order here again.
