In an area of insanely big menus where you know nothing is prepared with skill or care, this place takes the cake. The food wasn't as good as I can get in the freezer section of a Giant, we waited for 25 minutes before getting a drink order taken, and it seems that the building is literally falling apart.

Disappointed in the food. I couldn't eat my meal because it smelled bad/old.My husband didn't finish his because it wasn't good.Soggy nearly everything.The only redeeming item was the cheese curds, but were cooked too long and most lacked the cheese.We will not be going back.

Let me first start by saying this, we WERE regulars, loyal, and always had nice things to say about irgos. However, this time, the time when it counted as we had a large party for our 10 year anniversary that was reserved since February 3rd for tonight, things took a drastic downward turn. The service by the servers was great as usual, but the owner and everything about her rubbed me the wrong way. When coming in and announcing that we had reservations for the back room, she said another party booked a couple of weeks ago. Well we booked months ago, but we got booted for this other party. Then the audacity of her attitude when telling us while people we had were standing there, that she didn 't have anything and they were setting us up on the main floor was flabbergasting. It was disorganized, to say the least. They are not ready for big parties. I will say that if it weren 't for Zach, Hannah, and the staff we would 've just left. I greatly appreciate their apologetic stature, the owner could stand to learn some lessons from the help and treat people with more respect. It says a lot when the staff is more accommodating than the owner amd the one who makes the real money off of people who come to their establishment. Needless to say we will not be back but will follow the staff to see where they end up next.
