Kfc - Harriman

I experienced the worst service ever. I ordered food, but only half of my order was delivered after I drove 20 miles home.

I experienced consistent disappointment at this restaurant, as 9 out of 10 times I ordered, they didn’t have what I wanted. Given that it's a well-known chain with chicken on the menu, you would expect them to keep it in stock. Not only did they frequently run out of chicken, but they also encouraged me to order something else and then forgot to bring my order. I won’t be returning! While I can’t speak for all KFC locations, the Harriman, TN branch definitely needs new management—it’s been this way for years.
