Bojangles' Famous Chicken N Biscuits

I waited 20 minutes in the drive-thru and when I got home, I realized there was no white meat in my white meal. It would have been better if they had asked before making the substitution. I probably won't be going back there again.

I placed a $30 mobile curbside pickup order at this restaurant, but after waiting for 30 minutes, my food still hadn't been prepared. When I went inside, the young employees and manager were incredibly rude and claimed that someone had already picked up my order. It took another 30 minutes before they finally gave us our food, which was overcooked and inedible.

The restaurant was closed at 8:30 PM, and the staff quickly ran to the back to avoid serving customers. I saw them through the drive-thru window as I drove by. If they don't want customers, then they won't be getting my business anymore.

Food was good and hot. Front wait staff are pretty disorganized and super inefficient. The worker and the cashier walked back and forth about 25 times combined between the food serving area and the pick ticket on the counter to fill our standard 12-piecebox with chicken, biscuits, fries, and mac-n-cheese. Not to mention they both disappeared 3 to 4 times for a few minutes eachtime during the process. The food was all there, it just took 25 minutes to fill the box after we paid.

Always friendly staff at this location. Food comes out as expected and in timely manner. Don't hesitate to stop by this Bojangles if you're in the area.
