Wingstop - Harlingen

I always order online for delivery. I really enjoy it when Veronica is working; she is incredibly attentive. The staff is always busy and never just standing around, and they actively encourage customer surveys. Plus, I always receive my free brownie!

I had to wait because the restaurant was busy, but what frustrated me was that my food was ready yet it arrived cold. I understand that the cashier who handled my order was new, but she didn’t offer to provide my cups for the drinks when they requested a special action that was noted. Being new, I wasn’t aware of the process, and I felt a bit lost. Overall, I was quite unhappy with the experience.

The restaurant was unsanitary overall. I noticed flies everywhere, and the chicken wing drippings were blood next to the prep station where the carrots were being cut. This shows a serious issue with cross-contamination. When I brought this to the staff's attention, they seemed completely indifferent. The entire place felt disgusting, and to make matters worse, the straws were unpackaged, which means all customers could have touched them. I spoke to the manager about these significant problems, but she didn’t seem to know how to handle the situation properly. I strongly advise against dining at this restaurant unless you want to risk contracting COVID-19.

As a faithful customer I am insulted to serve my eating in the condition that they did. the writings on the photo were almost carburized and were strongly underboiled in the inner. the chicken is shiny, the broth time is very doughy. when she spoke to the manager, she said that all offers come like that. no apologies were offered. I'm not disappointed. wingstop, would you eat your huh? Then why would they serve their customers like that? You could really hurt someone by servicing undercooked chicken.

Restaurant is short staff which I totally understand but if you see a customer waiting for more than a hour in front of your face at least take the time to ask for the name of the order…they lost my receipt for my order now I have to wait 20 more minutes for my food! Really disappointed first last time at this WINGSTOP !
