Very nicely decorated grand café in the centre of Harlingen. Friendly service, kid-friendly and delicious, creative Dutch food with a twist. You can definitely do worse!

We are out for a day and spend the night in Harlingen for the first time and wanted to eat out. Levels was one of the few recommended and this is more than justified! What a very nice atmosphere in the restaurant. When we entered we were warmly welcomed and it immediately looked cozy and beautiful, we wanted to take a seat in the beginning but decided to walk a bit back and there was a very nice chill place with a nice couch and a cozy fireplace! The staff were also very friendly, seem to enjoy themselves and were quick in terms of service! We had a super evening thanks to you, thank you! : Vegetarian options: You can put together your own menu, which we had never experienced before in a restaurant.
