Laura's Pizzeria Italian - Harleysville

The food is fantastic, and the service is excellent. I dined in for dinner, and the price per person was between $10 and $20. I would rate the food a 5, the service a 5, and the atmosphere a 4.

LAURAS used to be a fantastic spot for dining, and we visited every Friday. However, the carryout lines became so long that it felt uncomfortable to sit at a table near the queue. We stopped going for a while due to slow table service. Five of us stopped by last Friday, and we ordered shrimp ravioli, a chicken cheesesteak, a tuna cheesesteak, and a personal pizza that my daughter and I shared. Unfortunately, the ravioli was store-bought and the shrimp still had tails on them! The chicken cheesesteak was dry and made entirely of dark meat, while the tuna cheesesteak was also dry. The personal pizza was disappointing; the crust was so thin that we had to use a knife and fork to eat it, and it tasted like frozen pizza dough. The small side salads were a joke—just a plate of lettuce with three slices of tomato! As for the bruschetta, it was made with canned tomatoes instead of fresh ones. In fact, nothing we ordered was good. It will be a long time before we consider returning, which is sad. This used to be a great local pizzeria, but it has really declined. It didn't even seem that busy for a Friday night like it used to. Perhaps there are new owners or the younger generation is running things now. It’s disappointing to see such a negative change!

Among all the excellent pizza spots in and around Harleysville, my family believes that Laura's stands out above the rest. The steak Stromboli, pizza, and Frank Sinatra pasta are some of the best dishes I've ever tasted. This has become our go-to restaurant. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

Specifically ordered a hamburger with bacon only. When I picked up the order went to out to the car and discovered that it was a cheeseburger with bacon took it back into the restaurant and they argued with me so it was a California cheeseburger which is nothing like a hamburger with bacon. They replace the burger, but unfortunately all my other food was cold by the time I got home and had to be heated up. Very disappointed and they didn’t even offer a discount or to give me the hamburger for freight.

They catered an event that we had at our showroom(Gehman Design Remodeling). We ordered chicken marsala, meatballs, baked ziti and garlic knots. The food was fantastic, everyone loved it! We can't say enough good things about them. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
