Got order wrong. It was correct on the receipt they also don't know what lite means. When Yum yum donuts open again I am taking my business there. America doesn't run on Dunkin

If you're not familiar with this location, there's no signage indicating the drive-thru line. While all Dunkin' locations tend to be quite busy in the morning, this one had an unusually long wait! I ordered two glazed donuts and a chocolate frosted donut. Unfortunately, the glazed donuts were of very poor quality and looked much worse compared to my experiences at other locations. I wouldn't return; I’d rather drive a bit further to visit a different store.

Morning shift staff may struggle to understand your order, so it's best to take your time and speak clearly to ensure everything goes smoothly. Since the walk-in area is closed due to the pandemic, expect longer wait times at the drive-thru. Sometimes you'll get lucky and have a quick experience, but other times you might find yourself waiting around 30 minutes.
