The owners used to take pride in keeping the place clean and the employees were always friendly. However, on a recent visit, we were disappointed with the service. We arrived at 8:15 PM (close is at 9:00 PM) and were told they would not be making any more crepes, even though the batter was still out. Feeling let down and having driven 25 minutes from Belton, we settled for frozen yogurt instead. There were very few fresh fruits available, as they seemed to be preparing to close and did not bother to cut any more. We decided to eat our yogurt inside, but were told by the young ladies working there that we had 5 minutes to finish and leave with everyone else in the lobby. This was at 8:35 PM. Overall, it was a terrible experience. I recommend that the owners either change their closing time to 8:30 PM or provide better training for their employees on customer service and meeting expectations when closing at 9:00 PM. Customers should be able to expect service until the advertised closing time.
This yogurt shop in Harker Heights is fantastic for self-service. We visited on a busy Thursday night at 8:30 and quickly filled our yogurt cups. The 12oz option is great value, as you can choose the toppings you want based on the weight. I had a delicious combination of chocolate, strawberry, white chocolate, skyberry, and crushed butter finger topping.
Highly recommend going with the family. The yogurt tastes delicious and there are plenty of toppings to choose from.
Around 20:40 clock they had told us that the lobby was closed at 9 o'clock, there were other customers in the lobby, but they did not mention anything until we came. even when we sat outside, they let in men; they had to have been people they knew because they embraced each other. very disappointed by customer service! even fast eating does not do that; they wait until the last customers leave when it actually meets closing time.
Tried last night, there was limited flavors compared to other frozen yogurt places I've been to but was still good. The two people that were working behind the counter/ topping bar were both really nice and had the line moving very quickly without being rude or standoffish. Place was very busy, as you would think on a Saturday night. The owner should give those two ladies sorry if wrong pronouns) a raise and some more help on Saturday though.
