Chipotle Mexican Grill - Harker Heights

Employees can be very rude … asked for a spoon because the side was out and I got the nastiest look for just asking for A SPOON !!

Went on 4/21/24 for dinner. The rice was undercooked and still crunchy. I got less than half a scoop of beans and guac for my veggie bowl and they were out of pico and sour cream that I asked for and still charged me full price for my bowl even though they weren’t able to provide everything for it. My husband also said the chicken he got was disgusting and full of fat and no actual meat. They were also out of lids for the bowls.

Trying to figure out how to reach corporate… or the franchise owner if there is one! This store needs to be shut down or the entire staff needs to go! Out of several tries in person or online I have yet to have a good experience! The place is either filthy, out of lids, utensils etc…. Or out of something menu wise (mainly the meats for bowls).The online order process takes way longer than stated when you order! The staff could care less! That store has turned into a show at best!

What on earth is going on with this place? Always a rice shortage. Always have to hunt for plastic ware. Online order ALWAYS behind. Chocolate milk not even refrigerated. WARM CHOCOLATE MILK because the fridge is broken?! Why do we even spend money here? Everything goes wrong. Someone please build another chipotle on knights way. Please!!!

I love Chipotle, but the person undercooking the rice is diabolical. I got a burrito and the rice was so undercooked that it was still crunchy. Other than that the place is pretty great. I've been here many times and usually the rice is the only problem I have.
