Mcdonald's - Hardinsburg

I've loved eating here since I was a little girl! Every time I eat at McDonalds it brings back some amazing memories with my grandparents!

Never had an issue with this McDonald's. Order is always right, staff is on, some are short with you. Over all feel inside is a bit on the lower side but drive through is good. Ive done both.

OMG bought 3 Big Macs tonight. 2 out of 3 HAD NO MEAT. Really??? We picked up dinner on our way home 30 miles away. McDonalds you have got to do better. This is utterly ridiculous.

I don't usually leave bad reviews but my persistent calls to the restaurant and speaking with a manager seems to do no good. I am so disappointed with the McDonald's afternoon crew. I ordered a few iced coffee drinks a few weeks ago along with food, after they left half my order out the coffee drinks weren't drinkable. I called the store I returned with my receipt and was met with an unfriendly manager that acted as if I was wrong about the coffee drinks. Regardless, she did make me more, they were also not drinkable so I gave up that day and left to no avail. Today I tried to give them one more chance because, let's be honest, there aren't that many restaurants to choose from in the greater Hardinsburg area, AGAIN my order was wrong and the food wasn't worth the wrapper it was wrapped in. Come on guys you can do better than this!
