I had pre paid for a party of 7 for a girls trip one of the girls couldn’t make it because of death in the family unexpectedly i was told by manger owner that i will get a refund it’s been a week and a half still no refund i have sent multiple messages no response i just want to give my friend her money back

I absolutely loved this experience. Holly worked with me and she was beyond what one would want for the start of an amazing night or weekend. Candles are a good size with lots of smells to choose from. The music was just right. She was very informative and gave us feedback on the combination of scents. The atmosphere was amazing as well.

I came here for my solo date night ,and really enjoyed the vibe of the establishment. It's worth the experience.Pheona was an excellent host. My candle smells amazing.

So I didn't read the fine print and byob. Either way, we found a japanese place around the corner that let us carry out. This experience is more about the scents and less about design which was a little bit of a bummer to my little artistic soul. It would be cool if there were dyes to mess with the color of the candles and different shaped bases for the actual candle. The scent palette was amazing though and mixing the scents was interesting. Like playing chemist ; .
