Noodle Man - Happy Valley

I ordered the spicy dumplings and chicken with broccoli. The price was excellent for the quality and quantity of food I received. I found the spiciness to be mild even, and I usually opt for medium spiciness at Thai restaurants. However, both dishes were incredibly flavorful.

I ordered the Reef Brisket Noodle Soup, which had a bold flavor. The service was impressively quick, as my food arrived in under five minutes after placing the order. The staff was very attentive. The noodle soup was quite delicious, although I'm not a big fan of tomatoes. It would have been great if there was an option to substitute the tomatoes.

We ordered six different dishes and enjoyed most of them. The beef roasted rice, special roasted rice, beef chow mein, beef tomato soup, and chicken roasted noodles were all delicious. However, we weren't fond of the Lopo, as it had too much vinegar. On the bright side, the pickled cucumbers and juicy dumplings were absolutely delightful!

Very delicious pasta! Never disappointed here a few times. Great portions!

Oh. My. God. This restaurant is FANTASTIC. Delicious food, awesome portions, friendly staff. The chef came out to check on her noodles and make sure everyone was enjoying their meal. We left with huge smiles and talking about how soon we can come back. Get your butt to Noodle Man. Best restaurant in this community, seriously.
