These guys are absolutely amazing! I'm from Kansas City, where I learned the art of smoking meat from a professional. That's how I got started. For four weeks, I sold ribs and pulled pork from the back of my car on McLoughlin Boulevard to get my business off the ground. I have to say, though, Dope BBQ does it better than I do! They really know how to make it right! They definitely deserve to be in a better food pod. You all are destined for greatness! I love your pig bell—keep up the great work!

The chicken is juicy and cooked to perfection, the brisket boasts the ideal amount of smokiness and flavor, and the BBQ sauces are spot on. And let's not forget about the deliciously topped green and white rice. This place truly reflects a pride in its craft!
