Auntie Anne's - Happy Valley

Great Pretzels has three locations in Clackamas Town Center, with one situated on the ground floor near Barnes & Noble. This particular stand prepares the pretzels fresh on-site. There's another stand in the food court on the second floor, but they only heat and sell the pretzels. The third stand is located on the second floor near Sears. The pretzels are super soft and have excellent flavor!

This review is for the location near Barnes and Noble. While I was ordering pretzels, I noticed the woman working with the dough behind the glass had extremely long fake nails and wasn't wearing gloves. It was really off-putting. I've always considered proper hygiene a basic requirement when handling food, especially when someone is getting their hands into the dough. It was just gross!

The wife and I ordered one original pretzel with salt and another with garlic and Parmesan and this is what we ended up getting they didn't even take the garlic parmesan pretzel out of the bag to season it all they did was just dump the seasoning in to bag, in my opinion this is really poor quality.

I went to the Auntie Anne?s next to Icing on Sunday 11/1/2020 at around 6 and a girl worker with brown hair was very rude to me and my family. We had got up to order and my mom started to ask a question, ?Do you guys have-? and the worker rudely goes ?No we don?t have pretzel dogs if that?s what you?re going to ask? and my mom was in shock and we both exchange looks. My mom then goes ?No I was going to ask if you guys have any promotions or deals going on right now?. Then again she rudely goes ?No we don?t. What are you going to order?? I get the frustration of not having the product and people coming up to the stand to ask for it over and over again but that?s not at all what we were going to ask and she had no reason to rudely interrupt like that. We ended up leaving and going to the Auntie Anne?s on the other side of the mall and the two boys working there were extremely nice.

I love there pretzels and lemonade today their was a big line for it
